Overview
Parkview Baptist School, the largest private school in Louisiana,[1] is divided into three administrative units: Parkview Baptist Elementary School (K-4, also known as PBS kids), Parkview Baptist Middle School (5-8), and Parkview Baptist High School (9-12).[2] PBS is also governed by a School Board that consists of appointed church members hailing from the school, church, and community as a whole. Grade 5 was moved to be part of the middle school in fall 2008.

Additionally, PBS is accredited with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS)[3] and has been approved to receive foreign students by the United States Immigration and Naturalization Services.
