Designed by resort architect Simeon Halstead from Spain and landscape designer Peter Imrik from California, Park Hyatt Goa was conceptualised as an Indo-Portuguese township.

History

Park Hyatt Goa is owned by Blue Coast Hotels Limited and is managed by Hyatt.

The Hotel

Set within landscaped gardens with lagoons, the resort has 250 rooms including 12 suites, each of the rooms offer a sunken bath while some rooms have outdoor showers as well. The standard rooms are 41-sq.-metre room. The resort resembles a Goan village with courtyards and gardens, linked by canals, bridges and cobbled streets. The frontage of the hotel is a huge patio, resembling the scale and character of a grand old Goan home. Overlooking the lobby is an instant picture of a more relaxed life with its views of lagoons, the swimming pool and the Arabian Sea.
