Paper cup forming machine is an automatic machine with multi-working station. This machine includes whole process as: paper-feeding, sealing, oil silicon lubrication, bottom-punching, heating, knurling, curling and cup discharge, etc. produce single-side film-coated cup like beverage cup and ice cream cup.

Raw Material

Normally, this machine accept single side Polyethylene (PE) coated and double side PE coated paper as material of paper cup.The PE coated paper should be cut by the roll type die-cutting machine or impact die-cutting machine.[2]

Machine Structure

The whole structure of paper cup forming machine is made up of the first stage, the middle stage, the second stage, the third stage and shell.Paper transmission from one stage to another.For example,the most widely used model of paper cup forming machine,[3] it has four parts with different functions.
