Panazol (Occitan: Panasòu) is a commune in the Haute-Vienne department in the Limousin region in west-central France.

Panazol is the third largest town of the department (by population), after Limoges and Saint-Junien. It can be considered as a commuter town.

Theo Sarapo (1936-1970), singer, actor, died at Limoges August 28, 1970 R & D 941 at the exit of Panazol, direction Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat (Haute-Vienne), his car, a blue Citroen ID 19, following a trajectory deviation, leaves the road and struck a tree at high speed to the approximate height of Chateau de la Rue. Désincarcéré and rushed to the Limoges hospital, where he died at the age of 34 years as a result of his injuries. It is based in Paris at Père-Lachaise cemetery alongside Édith Piaf.

Inhabitants are known as Panazolais.
