History

The Company was founded in 1996 as 'Palmchip Corporation'. The word 'Palm' in 'Palmchip' is an acroynm for "(integrated) Processor, Analog (interface), Logic, and Memory".

The Company's Silicon Valley offices were opened in 1996 while its Colorado, Boston, and Austin offices opened in 1998. Palmchip Corporation also had offices in Lahore and Islamabad, Pakistan.

Operations
