Pallacanestro Milano 1958 is an Italian amateur Society of basketball, based in Milan. Founded in 1958 by businessman Valentino Milanaccio, to give his son and his friends the opportunity to play basketball. From 1955 to 1957 participates in the C.s.i championship and won the national title in 1956. In 1957-58 began working with federal enrollment in the promotion of the League and over six seasons reached the vertices of Italian basketball.
The official name is often associated with that of the first sponsor All'Onestà, reminiscent of the days when the team battled in the Serie A basketball with other famous teams like Olimpia Milano, Pallacanestro Cantù, Virtus Bologna and Pallacanestro Varèse.
Pallacanestro Milano made its first appearance in the Italian top division in the 1964-65 season, continuously until the 1979-80 season when demoted without ever return again in the premier category. During this golden period, the best result was achieved for the third place twice, in 1966-1967 and in 1969-1970. In two seasons, in 1975-1976, Pallacanestro Milano 1958 was the only team to qualify for the Milanese Poule Scudetto, then reaching the seventh, and in the 1977-1978 scored a best finish in the league over Olimpia Milano, being the best Milan team in Serie A.
At the time of the sponsor All'Onestà became famous for militancy of basketball players like Sandro Gamba, Guido Carlo Gatti, Aldo Ossola, Joe Isaac, Enrico Gennari, Tony Bovone and coaches like Roman Forastieri, Garbosi Henry, Vittorio Tracuzzi and Richard Percudani.
Currently the team plays in Serie C2 Lombard.
