The Palawano languages are spoken on the island of Palawan in the province of Palawan in the Philippines.

There are actually three related, but not mutually intelligible, languages, each with a number of dialects, which called themselves "Palawano" (Spanish, from the endonym Palawan).[3]

The three Palawano languages share the island with several other languages which are not part of the Palawan language cluster, though they share a fair amount of vocabulary. These languages are the Kalamian languages and the Banggi language Molbog.
