This is a Korean name; the family name is Pak.
Pak Yung-Sun is a former female table tennis player from North Korea. From 1974 to 1981 she won several medals in singles, doubles, and team events in the Asian Table Tennis Championships and in the World Table Tennis Championships.[1]
