Pain Taleqan Rural District (Persian: دهستان پائين طالقان) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Taleqan County, Alborz Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,018, in 1,875 families.[1] The rural district has 27 villages.
