Paddy Campbell is a Gaelic footballer from Glenties. He plays his club football for Naomh Conaill and is a former member of the Donegal senior football team.

Biography

Campbell won a Sigerson Cup medal with Queen's University Belfast in 2000.[1] He captained the Naomh Conaill side that won their first ever Donegal Senior Football Championship in 2005.[2]

With Donegal he won the 2007 National Football League. He started the final against Mayo.[3] He also played in the 2006 Ulster Senior Football Championship Final at Croke Park.[4] He announced in 2008 that he had played his last inter-county game. His final inter-county game was against Monaghan in the third-round of the 2007 All-Ireland qualifiers.[1]

Elsewhere he has been involved with teams in Derry and Tyrone, managing Steelstown in Derry and training Dromore in Tyrone. In February 2013, he was named manager of the Naomh Conaill senior team.[5]
