Paba (Bengali: পবা) is an Upazila of Rajshahi District in the Division of Rajshahi, Bangladesh.
Geography
Paba is located at 24°26′30″N 88°37′40″E / 24.4417°N 88.6278°E . It has 40000 units of house hold and total area 280.42 km².
Demographics
As of the 1991 Bangladesh census, Paba has a population of 213379. Males constitute 51.7% of the population, and females 48.3%. This Upazila's eighteen up population is 108810. Paba has an average literacy rate of 25.1% (7+ years), and the national average of 32.4% literate.[1]
