P. V. K. N. Government College

P. V. K. N. Government College (or Papudesi Venkata Krishnama Naidu Government College), Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh was established in 1961 and recognized by the University Grants Commission in 1966. It is the leading college in Chittoor district, affiliated to Sri Venkateswara University. It offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Arts, Sciences and Commerce. The campus is spread over an area of 54.8 acres (22.2 ha) with a student population of 3655, of which 928 are women and 67 are PG students. The college has 62 highly motivated and committed teachers on the faculty. It has an excellent record in academic and extra-curricular activities.^[1]
