Přestanov (German: Priesten) is a village and municipality (obec) in Ústí nad Labem District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.04 square kilometres (0.79 sq mi), and has a population of 328 (as at 28 August 2006).
Přestanov lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) west of Ústí nad Labem and 77 km (48 mi) north-west of Prague.
