The Oviedo Mall (previously known as the Oviedo Marketplace) is a single-story indoor shopping mall with movie theater located in Oviedo, Florida, a northeastern suburb of Orlando, Florida. The mall is owned by 3D Investments and managed by Urban Retail Properties, LLC.[1] It was previously owned by General Growth Properties based in Chicago, Illinois which also owns the nearby Altamonte Mall. Both malls were cross-managed by the same General Manager. Mall anchor department stores include Dillard's, Macy's, and Sears. Other notable anchors include Regal Entertainment Group Oviedo Stadium 22 and Chamberlin's health foods store. The mall primarily caters to residents of the Northeast Orlando, Oviedo/Winter Springs suburban area.
Previous anchors / major stores included American Eagle Outfitters, Bed Bath & Beyond, FYE, Gayfers, Parisian, and RJ Gators.
