Over Wallop is a small village and civil parish in the Test Valley district of Hampshire, England. The village lies approximately 5.1 miles (8.2 km) north-west from Stockbridge, just off the Hampshire-Wiltshire border.

The Parish of Over Wallop is in the Diocese of Winchester. It is part of The Wallops: Nether, Middle and Over. The name derives from waella (stream) and hop (valley) or 'the valley of springing water'. Over Wallop was described in the Domesday Book as the 'other Wallop', smaller than Nether Wallop. St Peter's church is of 12th-century origin with Victorian features.[1]
