Ouyably-Gnondrou is a town and commune in Côte d'Ivoire. It was made a sous-préfecture in 2008.[1]
It has a multi-purpose centre, housing educational and health facilities, social and cultural centres, as well as meeting places for the village community, construction of which was funded by the Western Union Helping Hands initiative.[2]
