Minimum investments is $10,000 per deal for accredited international investors.

History

OurCrowd was founded in October 2012 in Jerusalem by Jonathan Medved and Steven Blumgart.[1][2] As of February 2014, about 4000 OurCrowd members from 26 different countries have raised and invested more than $35M for 33 companies.[3][4][5] It had two Founding rounds, $25 million in Series B funding, on top of the $5.5 million Series A.[6][7][8]
