Otto III, Count of Burgundy

Otto III, Count of Burgundy (also Otto II of Andechs and Merania) (1208–1248) was the son of Beatrice II, Countess of Burgundy and Otto I, Duke of Merania.

He succeeded his mother as Count Palatine of Burgundy on her death in 1231, and his father as Duke of Andechs and Merania on his death in 1234.

Heirless, he was succeeded by his sister Adelaide, Countess Palatine of Burgundy on his death in 1248.
