Otto Gieseke (24 March 1891 – 21 July 1958) was a Brigadeführer (Brigadier General) and Generalmajor of Polizei in the Waffen SS during World War II who was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Iron Cross. This was awarded to recognize extreme battlefield bravery or successful military leadership by Nazi Germany during World War II. Gieseke was awarded the Knight's Cross when in command of the 1st SS Polizei Schutzen Regiment.
