Ottana (Sardinian: Otzàna) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 110 kilometres (68 mi) north of Cagliari and about 25 kilometres (16 mi) southwest of Nuoro.
It is home to the Romanesque church of San Nicola.
The town is known for its traditional carnival costumes, including distinctive masks worn by the Boes, Merdules and Filonzana.
Ottana borders the following municipalities: Bolotana, Noragugume, Olzai, Orani, Sarule, Sedilo.
