Luis Oscar Fulloné (born 4 April 1939 in La Plata) is an Argentine football coach and former player. Currently coaching KAC Kenitra in the Botola he played for Independiente Medellín and Real Oviedo before moving to England to play for Aston Villa in 1967. Known as Oscar Arce during his time in England he remained in the country following his retirement from playing and was a coach for both Sheffield United and Sunderland. He became manager of Swiss side FC Sion in 1980 before spells as manager of numerous clubs in Africa.

Career

In 1968 he joined Aston Villa F.C. of England, but never played for the first team.[1]

After retiring as a player Fulloné became a football coach and then manager. He was on the staff at Sheffield United F.C. between 1978 and 1979 when the club tried to sign Diego Maradona but ended up with Alejandro Sabella instead.[2] He was also involved in the transfer of Argentine World Cup winners Ricardo Villa and Osvaldo Ardiles to Spurs.[2]

Fulloné served as manager of Swiss side FC Sion between 1980 and 1981.[3] Since then he has spent most of his career managing African teams, including the Burkina Faso national team.[4]

Fulloné managed USM Alger, and was appointed manager of KAC Kenitra in 2010.
