Oreophrynella quelchii (commonly known as the Roraima black frog) is a species of toad in the Bufonidae family.

This species is restricted to the transboundary summit of Mount Roraima in Venezuela (inside Canaima National Park World Heritage Site), Guyana and Brazil, and from Wei-Assipu-tepui on the Brazil–Guyana border. It has been recorded from 2,300–2,800m asl.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude shrubland and rocky areas.
