One Morning Left is a Finnish metalcore band founded in 2008 with Mika Lahti in lead vocals. The band's music is mixed with screamo, dance and at times melodic elements. The band enjoys popularity in Finland and has toured also Germany and Russia. It has released two albums in addition to EPs.

Their first full album 'The Bree-TeenZ' was released on 24.8.2011 by Spinefarm Records. Second album 'Our Sceneration' got recorded during the summer of 2012, but was released at 22.2.2013.

Interrupting the recording of their second album, One Morning Left's keyboardist Veli-Matti Kananen got stabbed. The crime happened on June 2012 at Lapinlahti. Veli-Matti was moved to Kuopio's academic hospital and has made it through the injuries.

On 26. May, 2013 the band informed on their official Facebook -page that the bass guitarist Tuomas Teittinen has left the band. Reasons for leaving the band said to be the lack of motivation.

Spring 2014 drummer and clean vocalist Tomi Takamaa announce that he has left the band. Little later the band announce that their new drummer is Niko Hyttinen, former drummer of band's like Cold Cold Ground and Snow White's Poison Bite. They also announce that the clean vocals and second guitar will be playing Leevi Luoto from band called ARF.

One Morning Left is currently writing new material from their upcoming third studio album.
