On Trial is a 1939 drama film directed by Terry O. Morse and produced and distributed by Warner Brothers. It is based on a Broadway play by Elmer Rice. Warners had filmed Rice's play before as an early talkie, On Trial in 1928 which is now a lost film.[1]
Working title: The Strickland Case.
This film is preserved in the Library of Congress.[2]
