Olympe Amaury (born 19 June 1901)[2] is a French supercentenarian, who is at the age of 113 years, 315 days, the oldest living person in France since the death of Marie Liguinen on 2 April 2015. She is also the 2nd oldest living person in Europe behind Emma Morano of Italy, and the 11th oldest living person in the world.
Biography
Amaury was born in Tracy sur Loire, France, on 19 June 1901. She married Gaspard Bernard Amaury in Tracy sur Loire on 31 May 1924. She had 4 children (Ginette, Jacques, Michel and Claude). Since 2003 she has lived in a retirement home in Amilly. She also has 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.[3][4]
