The Old Ship Street Historic District is a historic district on both sides of Pleasant St. from Riverside Ave. to Park Street in Medford, Massachusetts. The district is based around a now predominantly residential area that grew as a significant shipbuilding center in the early 19th century. As a result the area has a significant number of Federal and Greek Revival houses, built roughly between 1803 and 1855.[2]
The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1975.[1]
