State Route 211 (SR 211, OH 211) is a 1.23-mile (1.98 km) long north–south state highway in the eastern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. Though physically it runs in a northwesterly–southeasterly direction, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) straight line diagrams[1] and signage on the route itself[2] its southern terminus is located north of its northern terminus. The highway runs from its signed northern terminus at a signalized intersection with SR 800 near downtown Dover to its signed southern terminus at a signalized intersection with SR 39 on the border of the city and Dover Township, just one block east of Exit 83 off the Interstate 77 (I-77)/U.S. Route 250 (US 250) freeway.

From there, SR 211 turns to the northwest, and follows Tuscarawas Avenue amidst a business district prior to passing into a residential neighborhood. Passing to the southwest of Dover High School, SR 211 continues amidst a vast residential area until it arrives at the Slingluff Avenue signalized intersection. At this point, SR 211 turns to the west-northwest, and proceeds past some commercial businesses and across a set of railroad tracks prior to arriving at its endpoint in Dover Township where it meets SR 39 at a signalized intersection, a very short distance east of where SR 39 meets I-77/US 250.[3]
