Oedipina paucidentata (common name: El Empalme worm salamander) is a species of salamander in the Plethodontidae family. It is endemic to the Cordillera de Talamanca, Costa Rica.
Its natural habitat is tropical moist montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
