The Odessa City garden (Ukrainian: Міський сад) is a garden located in the downtown of Odessa, Ukraine, at the Deribasivska Street. This is th oldest park of the city. It was founded by Felix de Ribas (the brother of José de Ribas) at 1803. Felix de Ribas was an owner of the great part of the down town, but has not enough sources to support the territories. Therefore he transferred the territory of the city garden for free to the own of the City at November 10, 1806.

There are a summer theatre of the Odessa Orchestra (Arch. R.A. Vladimirskaya, 1949), the pavilion (Arch. A.A. Gentsler, 1943), also several sculptures and monumental compositions are located in the garden.[1]

The last reconstruction was provided in 2007. The city garden was opened at May 9, 2007, when the pavilion, music fountain, and facades of buildings were renovated.
