Now 66 features seven songs which reached number one on the UK Singles Chart: "Grace Kelly", "Ruby", "Walk This Way", "Patience", "Smack That", "A Moment Like This" and "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)".

The Proclaimers song "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" previously appeared on Now 13 in its original form.
