Novoselë (also: Piskal-Novoselë) is a municipality in the Kolonjë District, Korçë County, southeastern Albania.[1] The population at the 2011 census was 355.[2] The municipality consists of the villages Novoselë, Mesiçkë, Kagjinas, Zharkan, Piskal, Vitisht, Shijan, Kaduç, Ndërrmarr and Mbreshtan.[3]
