Norvik Banka was established on April 29, 1992 and is one of the oldest commercial banks in Latvia.[1] In December 2006 the Bank obtained its new name – "Norvik Banka" (previously – LATEKO BANKA). The bank has the widest branch and sales point network in Latvia with 78 client service offices in 17 cities and towns of Latvia. Norvik Banka is the 8th largest bank in Latvia by assets.

Operation

Since that time the Bank has been operating at the Latvian and international financial markets, offering its services to a wide range of clients – from natural persons to international industrial enterprises.

Owners and Management

The majority shareholder of Norvik Banka is the owner and leading partner of London based investment fund G2 Capital Partners Grigory Guselnikov who owns 83.63% shares.

CEO of the bank is Oliver Bramwell, CFA.

Board Members: Marija Stepina, Igor Rozanov, Raivis Ruskulis, Aleksandr Zikov, Denis Novikov.
