Athletics

Northview previously competed in Region 5-AAAAA from 2008 to the spring of 2014. [1][2] As of the fall of 2014, Northview competes in Region 6-AAAAAA along with Alpharetta, Centennial, Chattahoochee, Habersham Central, Johns Creek, Lambert, North Forsyth, South Forsyth, and West Forsyth.

Northview's sports include football, basketball, baseball, softball, tennis, lacrosse, volleyball, track, cross country, wrestling, swimming and diving, and golf. [3] Their geographical rivals are Chattahoochee High School and Johns Creek High School.

In the past year, the Titans' Cross Country team brought home the Girls State Championship, as well as a Boys' and Girls' Region Championship. This was followed by a Track & Field season where many of Northview's athletes, primarily distance runners, placed in the top 10 in the state rankings. Sophomore Lindsay Billings added a State Championship Title in the 3200m Run to an already decorated running career that included an Individual State Title and an Individual Region Title for Cross Country, as well as many runner-up performances. [4]

In 2010 Northview hosted the playoffs of the Southeastern Lacrosse Conference.[5]
