Norman Delaney Bass, Jr. (born January 21, 1939) is a former American college and professional football player. A safety, he played college football at the University of the Pacific, and played professionally in the American Football League for the Denver Broncos in 1964.
Baseball career
He also pitched in 65 games (34 starts) for the Kansas City Athletics, finishing with a 13-17 record and a 5.32 career ERA. In his first year with the Athletics he had 11 wins and 11 losses.
