Nora Espinoza[2] is an American politician and a Republican member of the New Mexico House of Representatives representing District 59 since January 2007.
Education
Espinoza earned her BA in religious education from New Covenant International University.
Work in Education

Elections
- 2012 Espinoza was unopposed for both the June 5, 2012 Republican Primary, winning with 3,096 votes[3] and the November 6, 2012 General election, winning with 9,903 votes.[4]
- 2006 When District 59 Republican Representative Avon Wilson retired and left the seat open, Espinoza won the June 6, 2006 Republican Primary with 1,237 votes (53.5%)[5] and won the November 7, 2006 General election with 4,271 votes (72%) against Democratic nominee Ellen Wedum.[6]
- 2008 Espinoza and returning 2006 Democratic opponent Ellen Wedum were both unopposed for their June 8, 2008 primaries,[7] setting up a rematch; Espinoza won the November 4, 2008 General election with 6,469 votes (65.2%) against Wedum.[8]
- 2010 Espinoza and Wedum both won their June 1, 2010 primaries (Wedum had a competitor),[9] setting up their third contest; Espinoza won the November 2, 2010 General election with 5,337 votes (72%) against Wedum.[10]
