Non-Municipal Census Towns in Kerala
Partial list of Non-Municipal Census towns in Kerala state, out of total 461 census towns as per 2011 census of India. The total number of towns was 520, including 59 statutory towns, that is municipalities,[1] Municipal corporations, cantonment boards or notified town area committees or councils. A figure which is up from 159 in the 2001 census of India. [2][3]
This includes towns with a minimum population of 5000 with minimum population density of 400 per sq.km.[4]
