No Aloha is a song by indie rock band The Breeders on their 1993 platinum-selling[1] album Last Splash. In 1994, it was released as the fourth single from the album.[2]

The lyrics include the phrase "Motherhood means mental freeze"[3][4][5] by the song's writer, "unrepentent divorcee" Kim Deal.[3] The line was written on a wall on the female toilets in the recording studio where the demo for the song was recorded.[6]
