Nisaba Adi Godrej, also known as Nisa is the Executive Director of Godrej Consumer Products. She is currently on the boards of GCPL, Godrej Agrovet and Teach for India.[1] She is the younger daughter of Adi Godrej, Chairman of Godrej Group.[2]

Education

Nisa completed her BS from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Career

Nisa has been the President of Human Capital & Innovation for Godrej Industries Ltd. since April 1, 2010. She served as an Executive Vice President of Business Development at Godrej Industries Ltd, led Godrej Industries wide portfolio strategy initiative and has been instrumental in setting up a strategy cell for Godrej. She is also closely involved in the selection and development of top management and employee engagement with a specific focus on Godrej's Agri and FMCG portfolios. Over the last decade, she has worked across Godrej Industries's portfolio of companies and been an integral part of its strategic planning and execution. During this time, her assignments have spanned the areas of management strategy, human capital management, marketing, brand development and business turnaround. She serves as a Director at Godrej Agrovet Limited and Godrej Household Products Limited. She has been an Executive Director at Godrej Consumer Products Ltd., and served as its Non Executive Director since May 1, 2011 until July 30, 2013.[3]
