Nikola the Serb
Nikola the Serb (Serbian: Nikola Srbin; fl. late 14th century[1]) was a Serbian Orthodox hieromonk, protopsaltes[2] (chief singer) and one of the known composers of the Serbian Middle Ages, alongside Kir Stefan the Serb and Isaiah the Serb.
Work
- Cherubic Hymn, held at Athens Museum.[3] It is based on a Greek text,[4] exists in both Church Slavonic and Greek versions[5]
