Nikola Selaković (Serbian Cyrillic: Никола Селаковић, pronounced [nǐkola sêlaːkoʋitɕ], born Аpril 30, 1983[1] in Titovo Užice, SFR Yugoslavia) is a Serbian politician and Minister of Justice in the Government of Serbia from 2012.[2]

Graduated from Belgrade’s Sixth Gymnasium and the Belgrade Faculty of Law, where he is currently a research assistant in comparative legal tradition.[3] He has been a member of the Serbian Progressive Party since 2008, a member of the party’s Executive Board and president of the party’s Legal Council.

Never entered nor passed the bar examination.
