Nicole Cherubini
Nicole Cherubini (born 1970, Boston, MA) is an American visual artist and ceramist. She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
Work
Cherubini works largely in sculpture and ceramics.
Her work has received press in Art in America, The New York Times, The Boston Globe, and Art+Auction.[1][2][3][4]
Education
Cherubini graduated from the Rhode Island School of Design in 1993 with a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Ceramics. She continued her education at New York University, earning her Masters of Fine Arts in Visual Arts in 1998. Cherubini attended the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in 2002.[5]
Awards
Cherubini is a recipient of an NEA Travel Grant (Mexico), a New England Foundation for the Arts Fellowship in Sculpture, the Louis Comfort Tiffany Foundation Award (2007) and an Art Matters Fellowship for travel and work in Mexico (2008–09).[6]
Representation
She is represented by Samsøn in Boston and Tracy Williams, Ltd. in New York City.[7][8]
