Nicolas Makelberge

Nicolas Makelberge (N.Makelberge) is a Swedish musician and producer most known for his 2006 album "Dying in Africa", a collaboration with vocalist Johan Tuvesson form Karl x Johan. In 2014, The Guardian listed the single "Dying in Africa" as one of 10 best dance tracks out of Scandinavia.[1]

In 2010, the follow-up record to Dying in Africa, The Unforgettable Planet, is mostly an instrumental album significantly influenced by French geologist and philosopher Teilhard de Chardin and Nicolas' three year stay at a Catholic university in Portugal. The album was once again nominated at Manifestgalan in Sweden.

In 2006, Nicolas Makelberge's album Dying in Africa was nominated for the P3 Guld[2] and Manifestgalan in the category of pop music.

Nicolas Makelberge previously released records on Rico[3] and is now on the record label Emotion.[4]
