Nick Jones (born June 26, 1990) is an American professional ice hockey defenceman currently playing for the Indy Fuel of the ECHL whilst under contract to the Worcester Sharks of the American Hockey League (AHL).

Jones played collegiate hockey for the Mercyhurst Lakers in the a NCAA Men's Division I Atlantic Hockey conference. In his junior year, Jones's outstanding play was rewarded with a selection to the 2012-13 All-AHA First Team.[1]

On August 27, 2014, Jones was signed to his first professional contract in returning to the Worcester Sharks on a one-year AHL deal.[2] Prior to the 2014–15 season, he was assigned to ECHL club, the Indy Fuel.
