Nick Dyson (born 19 December 1969 in Hessle, Hull) is an English professional snooker player. He is one of a few players to have scored more than one 147 in tournament play. He has reached the last 16 of the 1990 European Open[1] and the last 32 stage in twelve further ranking tournaments, including the 1991 and 2001 World Championship.[2] He was the first player ever to beat Cliff Thorburn in a World Championship qualifier, which he did in 1991.
