Ng Moon Hing (simplified Chinese: 黄满兴; traditional Chinese: 黃滿興; pinyin: Huáng MǎnXīng) (born 12 November 1955) is the 4th Anglican Bishop of West Malaysia, since 5 May 2007, succeeding Lim Cheng Ean.

He obtained a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from Monash University, Australia in 1978 and became a civil engineer. He took part in constructing the Lumut Naval Base in Lumut, Perak, Malaysia and also several bridges in Malaysia.

Later, he obtained Bachelor of Divinity from Seminari Teologi Malaysia (STM) in 1985, and was ordained as a deacon in June of the same year. Then he was ordained as a priest in February 1986. He obtained the Masters of Divinity in 1989 from STM. He was instituted as the vicar of St. Peter's Church, Ipoh in 1991. In 1996 he was collated as a canon. In 2001 he was appointed as the archdeacon of the Lower North Archdeaconry.

On 5 May 2007, the consecration as bishop was done in St. Mary's Cathedral, Kuala Lumpur

He is elected as the chairman of the Christian Federation of Malaysia (CFM) for a term from 2009 to 2013.

He has written a book entitled "From Village to Village" which describes his 15 years experiences in the Anglican Village Ministries (AVM) that was founded by him in 1993.
