The New York Codes, Rules and Regulations (NYCRR) primarily contains state agency rules and regulations (sometimes called delegated legislation or administrative law) adopted under the State Administrative Procedure Act (SAPA) after being published in the New York State Register. The NYCRR is officially compiled by the New York State Department of State's Division of Administrative Rules.[1]
