New Release Tuesday, often abbreviated as NRT, is a music website based out of Boise, Idaho, and is a Division Of NRT Media Inc.[2] NewReleaseTuesday.com is maintained by KMWeb Designs and features Christian music news, album and concert reviews, and Behind The Song articles with Kevin Davis.[1][2] In addition, the website also features NRT Radio, The NRT Insider, and the New Music Updates, which is a bi-weekly podcast about Christian music. the New Music Updates are produced and recorded by Bill Lurwick, The "Voice" of NRT.[2]

The site was founded in August 2002 by Kevin McNeese — who now has the role of the site's President and publisher, in addition to president of NRT Media, Inc.[2] Marcus Hathcock is the Editor in Chief of NRT and NRT's lead contributor is Kevin Davis.[2] The websites other staff contributors are Mary Nikkel (née Burklin), Sarah Fine, and Dwayne Lacy.[2] The website has Event Coordinator/Photography staff member David Holzemer.[2] The album review staff include Hathcock, Davis, Burklin, Fine, Lacy, Mark Ryan and Jonathan Francesco.[2]

Alexa currently ranks the website as the No. 92,898 most visited website on the web at the same time it is the No. 27,462 in the United States.[4] This website is similar to Indie Vision Music and Jesus Freak Hideout, which deals with the Christian music scene, as well as books.[2]

The website is the largest website in Christian entertainment.[5] They started their own awards show called We Love Christian Music Awards in 2012.[5] It has received press coverage from Jam the Hype.[6]
