Neville Roy Singham (born May 13, 1954) is the founder and chairman of Thoughtworks, a privately owned global IT consultancy that delivers custom software, software tools, and consulting services to Global 1000 companies. His company is closely associated with agile methods of software development.

Singham is known as an IT thought-evangelist, and is one of the figures who popularised Lean Revolution, like that of the Toyota business model. He is also a major proponent of the open source software movement. Elaborating on this, Singham says, "I believe the world should have access to the best ideas in software for free. My goal is a technically-superior infrastructure to solve the world's problems." [1]
