The album held the following single releases before its initial release: "Vs", "Kojin Jugyō", "Speedrive", "Lovely Cat's Eye: Neko wa Kotatsu de Maruku Naranai no Maki", and "Hot Time/A. (Answer)".

Never+Land made it to number 8 on the Oricon Daily Album Charts, but only went to number 20 on the Oricon Weekly Album Charts.
