U.S. Route 50, designated the Loneliest Road in America, with portions also designated as a scenic byway

In 1983, a system of scenic byways was established in the U.S. state of Nevada. Currently there are 19 designated state scenic byways.[1] Some of these overlap the three National Scenic Byways that have been designated in Nevada.[2]
